Consigning Small/Household Items


 

 

To schedule a small item appointment please call at 10am on the appointed scheduling day (almost always the last Monday of the month, unless we are closed for a holiday. You will find make-up scheduling dates listed on this page). You will be greeted with instructions to leave a voicemail. Please have an estimate number of items so we can schedule appropriately. Once the slots have filled we will call back consignors in the order the voicemails are recorded. Due to the volume of voicemails we receive it is possible to fill our appointment slots in the first 5 minutes.

Upcoming Small Item Appointment Scheduling Day:

 

Monday, August 25th- 10am we will schedule small item appointments for August. These small item appointments have a 50 item limit. Due to the volume of calls we receive, it is possible for us to fill our appointments in minutes. If you are having difficulty in getting an appointment and have less than 10 items please email us photos.

 

Update 12/3/24- Starting in 2025, consignors cannot schedule small item appointments two months in a row. For example: If you schedule a February appointment you cannot schedule a small item appointment for March.

 

When you arrive for your small item appointment please drive around to our back door. The door is marked Room Service. Please ring the buzzer when you arrive. During your appointment slot we will go through your items. Any items that we pass on will be returned with the consignor or we can donate to Habitat For Humanity. Appointments typically take between 15-30min depending on the number of items. If any items are discovered to be damaged after the consignor has left they will be automatically donated. Items will be priced and inventoried in our system and the consignor will be emailed a PDF of their entered items. It is the consignors responsibility to monitor the status of their items by calling the shop.

 

 

If you are interested in consigning China, please email us at roomservicelex@gmail.com with brand, style, and number of pieces. Keep in mind, we are often overstocked on China sets and and typically they do not sell for prices comparable to the amounts listed on websites like Replacements.com.
